NYMC Hotel Block Important info

Had a note from Ben who was told that the NYMC block at the Hyatt and Crown Plaza was sold out. Thanks for the heads up! We checked on this ASAP, and it’s not sold out–there are still plenty of rooms inthe NYMC block at both hotels at the $129 rate, and their computer systems just get very snooty about the codes. Here are the hotel booking instructions–and if anyone EVER receives a rate higher than $129 or gets a “sold out” message please contact Jennifer at 903.262.0765 or Jennifer@winnevents.com and she’ll make sure you are taken care of!

Hyatt Regency is attached to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and has an NYMC rooms for $129/night.

    whew…thanks for the reminder to actually make the reservations! we’re looking to bring a team this year–yipee! we know they will ENJOY & GROW at this super conference.
